Gender Neutral Nursery Mood Board

I promised I’d be back today to share a peak into our nursery and what we have so far. I am so excited to announce that I have teamed up with Raymour & Flanigan for our entire nursery reveal!!! (which will happen sometime in March as we get closer to baby’s arrival) but in the mean time,  I wanted to share some of the pieces we’ve chosen. I purposely picked out all the staple bigger items before we knew the gender so that I wasn’t swayed either way and could easily build off of them as well as use all of the same furniture in the future. I knew no matter the gender, I wanted the basic feeling to be natural and slightly rustic (shocker;)…and then I would add more whimsical and bohemian details once we knew if it was a boy or girl.

Here are some of the main pieces we are starting with.

Everything you see here is from Raymour & Flanigan except for the rug. I couldn’t find a picture of the exact throw rug we already have but it’s very similar to this. I bought it last year for our guest room and I knew I’d probably end up using it in the nursery. I definitely think the look of it ties in with the rest of the furniture and starts to add that little bit of a rustic boho base to start with.

I will give full product reviews in the future when I reveal how the entire space is finished, but for now I wanted to show you guys the main pieces we are starting with.

From left to right: X & O Wooden Mirrors, Dresser, wooden trays, Crib, Storage Bench, Glider

And yep, you read that right, we do know the gender now…and of course I’m going to share that with you all as well;) Stay tuned later this week to find out if we’re having a boy or a girl! I’m taking guesses in the comments below. And incase you missed it, I shared some bump pictures and updates here.

See you soon!

Layla
